There is a lot of HTD tutorials in DA, but this is yours. I can't even say that I'm a beginner, but this will help a lot in my future (I guess...).
Vision: I like anime style drawing and I might draw in anime style (but first I need to buy Photoshop and learn how to use it).
Originality: as I said-"How To Draw" tutorials are always helpful, no matter how and what are they learning to draw.
Technique: Artist have to have experience in kind of drawing they are going to teach. I can clearly see you have it.
Impact: Tutorials are not so exciting as cool drawing, commissions, AT's etc. However, you'll be interested to see something helpful or new.
SO(!): Tutorials are helpful, interesting and you didn't waste your time for nothing.

Vision: You clearly knew what you wanted to do, or atleast had a basic idea and you stuck to it. But the image isn't that "detail" impressive, in that it's a image of 2/3 of a face with pretty decent amount of detail to it. But it's good enough for the artwork itself, so all in all I think it's worth an arbitrary number of 3 1/2 stars.

Originality: The tutorial techinique and such isn't all over the place, so it's pretty original. If the character is OC or not doesn't really matter for the sake of the tutorial. But, even though the face picture is very much fit for puspose, it's not a very original "pose", as face/upper body pictures are quite common.

Technique: The technique was great. I can't really evaluate your procedure too much, but the result was good, if not a bit too blurry.

Impact: Again, a bit to blurry and a pretty simple image.
